Sage X3 Project Support Consultant - Remote (UK based) - c£55,000
Washington Frank is working with a top-tier UK Sage Partner, who are hiring an experienced Sage X3 Support Consultant to strengthen their growing Support team. The role is fully remote, with occasional team days in their head office.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to provide hands-on Sage X3 support, helping clients with Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing modules, troubleshooting issues, and guiding best practices. This consultancy values long-term client relationships, invests in staff development, and offers flexible remote working, and private healthcare.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert Sage X3 support to customers and colleagues.
* Act as escalation point for complex issues.
* Track and manage support tickets, keeping stakeholders informed.
* Handle project handovers post go-live.
* Deliver consultancy advice to clients on best practices.
Key experience and skills:
* Strong hands-on experience with Sage X3
* Solid knowledge of Finance, Operations and Manufacturing modules
* Experience with SEI reporting, configuration and EMD configuration
* Background in software support or ERP consultancy
* Confident troubleshooting application and technical issues
