SAP Program Manager - S/4HANA Transformation Project

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager fluent in Swedish or Finish to lead and deliver complex SAP transformation programs. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA program
* Define program governance, scope, and delivery road map
* Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders
* Ensure alignment with business goals and technical architecture
* Monitor risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple workstreams
* Report to executive sponsors and with clear KPIs and progress updates

What you bring:

* 8+ years of SAP project/program management experience
* Proven track record delivering large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts
* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
* PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification is a plus
* Fluent in Swedish or Finnish and professional English
