Are you ready to shape the way a multinational organization thinks about its enterprise applications? We're looking for a visionary Global Enterprise Architect to lead the transformation of ERP systems that touch Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and beyond, integrating with critical business platforms to unlock efficiency, innovation, and measurable business value.
This is not a typical IT role. You will be the architect of possibility and defining how technology serves the business, guiding teams through complex global projects, and embedding cloud, AI, and next-generation practices into the enterprise technology ecosystem. Your decisions will influence the company's ability to operate effectively, scale sustainably, and maintain a competitive edge in a fast-moving digital world.
What You'll Do
* Shape the Enterprise: Lead ERP and business-critical applications strategy, defining the roadmap for innovation and modernization.
* Drive Transformation: Identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, and oversee the delivery of complex, overlapping global initiatives.
* Lead Teams & Inspire: Mentor and guide high-performing IT teams, vendors, and partners to embrace excellence, agility, and forward-thinking practices.
* Engage the Business: Work closely with users and stakeholders across regions to understand challenges, co-create solutions, and ensure technology delivers tangible value.
* Safeguard & Optimize: Ensure applications are reliable, secure, compliant, and continuously evolving to meet business goals.
Who You Are
* A strategic thinker with 10+ years of IT experience, and 5+ years in enterprise architecture or application leadership.
* A hands-on technologist familiar with ERP, HCM, CRM, Cloud/SaaS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, etc.), and modern architectures.
* A global collaborator with experience leading multi-country implementations and navigating complex organizational structures.
* A trusted advisor who can influence executives, align IT with business strategy, and mentor teams to thrive in change.
