Job Description - ERP Manager (SAP)
Our client, a leading enterprise with over 15,000 employees and operations across various business locations, is looking for a ERP Manager (SAP) to join their Group ERP / Applications team. Role & Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Head of Enterprise Applications, working closely with System Analysts, Business Analysts and external vendors to deliver high-quality ERP and enterprise application solutions.
* Lead and support end-to-end ERP project lifecycles, with a focus on SAP Finance or Supply Chain modules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
* Drive requirements gathering, process design, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, and implement scalable solutions.
* Contribute to strategic system planning and help standardize business processes across regions and business units.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
* 8-10 years of IT experience, with solid hands-on involvement in SAP Finance (FICO) or Supply Chain (MM / SD / PP) modules.
* Proven track record in end-to-end system development (SDLC) and ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
* Experience in large-scale or regional ERP rollout projects is highly preferred.
* Prior background in managing enterprise platforms is a great plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
