About the Role
Our client is a well-established enterprise with an expanding footprint in Asia. To support ongoing business growth, they are now seeking an SAP Specialist to join their internal IT applications team. This role offers the chance to work on meaningful S/4 HANA system enhancement projects and gain hands-on exposure across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP programs and related applications (e.g. reports, interfaces, and data exchange).
* Work with internal users to collect and understand business requirements.
* Prepare system specifications and coordinate with vendors on program development and testing.
* Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and documentation.
* Assist in improvement or enhancement projects based on user feedback and operational needs.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP application development or support.
* Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming.
* Exposure to SAP modules such as SD, MM, WM or PP is an advantage.
* Good understanding of business processes and ability to work closely with end users.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in the trading, retail or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
