A well-established in-house organization is seeking a SAP Business Analyst with a focus on SuccessFactors modules to support and enhance its HR systems landscape. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SuccessFactors experience who enjoys working closely with HR and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Involve in the migration of SAP SuccessFactors modules
* Work closely with HR and business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
* Manage system changes, testing, and deployments
* Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems
* Assist with system upgrades, releases, and ongoing optimization
* Provide user support, documentation, HR workshops, UAT and training where required
* Liaise with vendors or implementation partners as needed
Requirements
* Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (implementation and/or support)
* Good understanding of HR processes and data structures
* Experience in providing training, UAT, and production support
* Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Prior experience in a consulting or project-based environment is a plus
