Role Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-driven, IoT, and secure enterprise solutions for large-scale engineering systems. This role requires strong architectural ownership across the full project lifecycle, from solution design through to deployment, with a focus on scalability, security, and integration with existing control systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end solution architecture design for complex AI, IoT, and digital twin systems within respective domains.
* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions integrated with physical and operational systems.
* Architect secure system frameworks covering data protection, vulnerability management, and overall security design; produce Security Assessment Reports (SAR).
* Integrate AI and digital twin solutions with legacy and on-premise control systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
* Define technical architecture, including system components, data flows, APIs, and integration standards aligned with enterprise requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps, resource planning, and implementation timelines.
* Lead development teams and coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment with architectural and technical standards.
* Conduct technical reviews of code, design implementations, and system performance to ensure quality and compliance.
* Support digital transformation initiatives through consolidation of legacy applications into unified, scalable platforms.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML-based systems, with production-level deployment exposure.
* Strong experience in system architecture design, including scalable, distributed, and integrated enterprise systems.
* Proven involvement in AI, IoT, or digital twin solutions, preferably within infrastructure, engineering, or government-related environments.
* Experience working with or implementing security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or equivalent public-sector standards.
* Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
* Familiarity with modern architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native design.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
* Understanding of API design standards (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger) and system integration approaches.
* Exposure to networking and security infrastructure such as load balancers, firewalls, and secure web architectures.
* Proven ability to lead technical teams and engage stakeholders in a consulting or delivery environment.
