Role Overview

We are supporting an established multinational conglomerate organisation on the search for a Systems Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will be involved in the enhancement, development, and integration of business systems supporting regional operations. It offers good exposure to end-to-end project delivery, hands-on development, and close collaboration with business users.

Key Responsibilities

Support the enhancement and redevelopment of internal application systems, from initial scoping through to production deployment
*

Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate requirements into producing clear documentation including functional specifications, system designs, testing materials, and user guides
*

Plan and execute system testing (unit, integration, and user testing) to ensure stability, performance, and reliability
*

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on system integration, deployment, release management, and environment setup
*

Provide post-implementation support including user training, issue resolution, process optimisation, and automation
*

Keep up to date with modern development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled tools, and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems

Requirements

*

Higher Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
*

Around 3 years' experience in application development, systems analysis, or related IT roles
*

Comfortable working with business users, technical teams, and external vendors
*

Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related activities

*

Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP), application services, databases, and SQL
*

Exposure to programming languages such as C#, .NET / .NET Core, JavaScript, or similar
*

Experience with enterprise platforms or application development frameworks
*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
*

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
*

Understanding of trading, finance, or treasury-related business processes is a great plus
