Technical Business Analyst

We are partnering with a well-established organization currently undergoing system enhancement and digital transformation initiatives. They are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team and support system revamp, development, and integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in system revamp, development, and integration projects from planning through to production rollout
* Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements
* Conduct feasibility studies and produce comprehensive deliverables (System Specifications, Functional & Technical Design documents, User Manuals, etc.)
* Develop test plans and perform unit and integration testing to ensure high-performance and reliable system delivery
* Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams on system integration, deployment, release, and production setup
* Provide hands-on user support, troubleshooting, training, and process automation for deployed solutions
* Stay updated on emerging technologies, including cloud platforms and AI-enhanced solutions, to recommend modern IT improvements
Required:
* At least 3 years of experience in IT business analysis, application development or system implementation
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to manage stakeholder communication and coordinate across project teams
* Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with strong team collaboration
* Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
* Willingness to travel for business when required
* More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior
Preferred:
* Knowledge of cloud platforms, application services, databases, and SQL
* Understanding of programming concepts (C#, VB, .NET Core, JavaScript, etc.)
* Experience with SAP BTP application development
