About the ROLE:
We are supporting a well-established engineering-focused organization undergoing a large-scale SAP transformation program. They are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist with experience in MM, SD, WM modules to play a key role in an SAP S/4 HANA upgrade project.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in SAPP implementation and system upgrade initiatives
* Analyze current maintenance and supply chain processes and align them with SAP best practices
* Identify process gaps and recommend system-driven improvements
* Support blueprint workshops, UAT, data migration, training, and go-live activities
* Collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure smooth coordination across departments
* Provide post-go-live support and continuous system improvement
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
* Minimum 5 years of SAP MM/SD/PM modules project experience
* Experience in S/4HANA implementation is highly preferred
* Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycle (blueprint, UAT, migration, go-live, training)
* Experience in maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries is advantageous
* Familiarity with 3rd party system integration is a plus
* Fluent in English and Cantonese
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to work independently and under project-driven timelines
