SAP Payroll Lead
Permanent | Australia-wide
$220-250,000 + Super
I'm currently supporting one of our key customers who are looking to hire a Payroll Lead on a permanent basis to join their team and drive payroll excellence across Australia.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead multiple payroll projects from design through delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of 5+ payroll professionals
- Work hands-on with payroll processes & get into the detail.. not just oversight
- Provide architectural guidance and shape payroll solutions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure client comfort
Experience:
- 10+ years of Australian payroll experience (NZ would be beneficial but not necessary)
- Proven ability to lead complex payroll projects
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
- Comfortable working hands-on as well as at the strategic/architectural level
- Baseline security clearance
