Business Analyst

SUMMARY

The Business Analyst supports and improves the Epicor (Kinetic / Epicor 10) ERP system, ensuring it meets operational needs and drives efficiency across manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the Epicor functional expert
* Configure, enhance, and support ERP modules
* Assist with upgrades and new features
* Support MRP, BOMs, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and MES
* Partner with engineering on ECO/ECN processes
* Document requirements, support testing, and improve workflows
* Build BAQs, dashboards, and reports
* Train users and coordinate support with consultants

REQUIREMENTS

* 3+ years in Business/ERP Analysis within manufacturing
* Epicor Kinetic/E10 experience
* Strong knowledge of MRP, production, inventory, and purchasing
* Solid communication and stakeholder skills

PREFERRED

* MTO/MTS/ETO experience
* ERP implementation/upgrade background
* BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reporting tools
* Power BI and/or CAD/PDM integration
* Epicor certifications
