About the Role
A leading consulting organization is expanding its enterprise transformation team and is seeking experienced Oracle professionals to support large-scale Oracle Cloud initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement.
Relocation support may be available for suitable overseas candidates (ENGLISH proficiency is required).
1. Oracle Cloud Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities
* Lead solution architecture and design across Oracle Cloud applications including Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, HCM, CX and EPM.
* Define enterprise application, integration and data architecture to support business transformation objectives.
* Conduct solution assessments and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
* Design integrations between Oracle Cloud, legacy platforms and third-party applications.
* Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review system enhancements, upgrades and platform capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
* Partner closely with business stakeholders, project teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
* Strong Oracle Cloud experience across one or more domains including Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, HCM, CX or EPM.
* Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies such as OCI, OIC, Autonomous Database, reporting and integration platforms.
* Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Oracle transformation projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and solution design capabilities.
* Knowledge of cloud security, governance and enterprise integration architecture is advantageous.
2. Senior Project Manager - Oracle Transformation
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources and governance across multiple workstreams.
* Coordinate business users, technology teams, vendors, system integrators and offshore delivery teams.
* Drive project planning, risk management, issue resolution and executive reporting.
* Ensure successful deployment, cutover and transition into business operations.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic project leadership.
* Support proposal development, project estimation and transformation planning initiatives where required.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise system implementation projects.
* Proven success delivering ERP, Finance or Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
* Strong experience managing cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
* Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
* PMP, Scrum or related project management certifications are highly desirable.
