This position offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives that bridge finance, operations and technology, helping shape how financial processes are delivered across multiple business units.

What You'll Be Doing
* Drive finance transformation initiatives, driving projects that improve operational efficiency through process redesign, automation, and system enhancements.
* Act as the key liaison between Finance, Operations, IT and regional business teams to understand business challenges and translate them into practical system solutions.
* Lead project delivery from planning through implementation, including requirement workshops, solution evaluation, testing, user adoption and rollout.
* Identify opportunities to streamline finance workflows, strengthen internal controls and eliminate manual processes across reporting cycles.
* Work closely with regional finance teams to improve reporting quality, standardize processes and enhance collaboration across shared service environments.
* Support the development of dashboards, management reports and analytical tools to provide better business insights and decision support.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring project governance, timelines and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, together with a recognised professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
* Strong experience in accounting, finance or finance transformation.
* Familair with ERP platforms (SAP) and financial accounting environments.
* Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting processes, system integration, data migration and governance.
* Comfortable engaging stakeholders across different business functions and translating operational needs into system-driven solutions.
* Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
* Prior experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or other operationally intensive industries would be highly regarded.
* Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
* Willingness to travel occasionally within the region when required.
