Job Overview
We are supporting a well-established enterprise with a growing presence across Asia. To support ongoing project intiatives, the organization is seeking an SAP System Developer to join its internal IT applications team.
This role offers hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA, enterprise integrations, and end-to-end application delivery, working closely with business users, internal IT teams, and system integrators on meaningful enhancement and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements, assess solution options, and contribute to solution and integration design from a system perspective.

Support and execute SAP application development and enhancements, including reports, interfaces, and data exchange programs.
*
Design, build, and support system integrations between SAP and other enterprise platforms using tools such as SAP Integration Suite / CPI, PO/PI, APIs, and middleware.
*
Ensure data flow consistency and process harmonization across integrated systems, applying appropriate integration patterns (e.g. REST, SOAP, OData).
*
Prepare system and technical specifications, and coordinate with system integrators or vendors on development, testing, and implementation activities.
*
Design and execute cross-platform test plans, support SIT and UAT, validate test data, and document test results.
*
Provide post go-live and day-to-day application support, including interface monitoring, issue troubleshooting, and continuous improvement based on operational feedback.
Requirements
*
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
*
5 years of experience in SAP application development, integration, or support within an enterprise environment.
*
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration Suite / CPI, and API-based integrations; exposure to Azure is an advantage.
*
Understanding of common integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, OData).
*
Ability to participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews, with a solid grasp of current technology concepts and trends.
*
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with end users and technical teams.
