Job description

About the Role:
A leading global consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. The role involves leading HR technology implementation projects, managing client engagements, and providing strategic guidance on SuccessFactors solutions to drive digital transformation for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning modules.
* Manage client relationships, understand business requirements, and translate them into functional solutions.
* Provide thought leadership on HR technology trends and advise clients on best practices and process improvements.
* Coordinate with project teams, ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and high-quality outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR systems and third-party applications.
* Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, solution design, and client presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation and consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
* Strong expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules; Employee Central experience is highly preferred.
* Proven ability to manage complex client projects, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Experience in integration, reporting, and analytics within SuccessFactors is a plus.
* Consulting experience is advantageous.

SAP Consultant (Multiple Modules) - Global Projects | Hong Kong

Our client, a technology leader with an international footprint is expanding its team and is looking for passionate SAP professionals to join their Hong Kong team. This is a permanent role and we are inviting applications from consultants across a range of SAP modules, including SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, SuccessFactors, ABAP and Basis.

About the Role

As part of the regional SAP team, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing clients' enterprise-wide SAP solutions. You will work closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that SAP initiatives support operational needs and long-term strategic goals.

What You Will Do

* Partner with business and technical teams to implement, configure, and enhance SAP solutions in your area of expertise.
* Translate business requirements into functional or technical designs and provide expert recommendations aligned with industry standards.
* Guide users through SAP best practices, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure strong adoption.
* Drive integration workstreams between SAP and other platforms to maintain seamless data flow across the organization.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, streamline workflows, and improve overall process efficiency.
* Support project planning activities, risk assessment, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.

What We Are Looking For

* Hands-on skills in one or more SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, SuccessFactors, ABAP).
* Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes connected to your SAP domain.
* Experience supporting or delivering SAP projects in fast-moving and complex environments.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with business stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical problem-solver with the ability to anticipate issues and propose logical, practical solutions.
