Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize SAP FICO solutions.
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and month-end closing processes.
- Provide guidance and training to users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Assist in the integration of SAP with other business applications.
Required Skills:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and optimize SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering guidance, training, and best practices to maximize the value of SAP functionalities.
* Assist in the integration of SAP with other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and improve overall financial operations.
* Support project management efforts, including planning, risk management, and timely delivery of milestones, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong proficiency in either of the SAP modules, with a deep understanding of relevant business processes and standards.
* Proven experience in project management and client engagement, with the ability to deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
* Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues proactively.
