Job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Global IT Transformation Director to lead and deliver enterprise-wide transformation programs. This individual will be accountable for driving end-to-end ERP strategy and execution across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business goals, and enabling operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the global ERP transformation roadmap, leading cross-regional programs from design to deployment.
* Drive full lifecycle project delivery, including planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and governance ensuring successful outcomes across business units.
* Lead program teams consisting of project managers, functional consultants, technical leads, and business stakeholders.
* Establish strong relationships with senior leadership, aligning technology and business objectives.
* Manage vendor partnerships and external consultants to ensure program success and value delivery.
* Oversee change management, stakeholder communications, and training initiatives to secure adoption and minimize disruption.
* Implement KPIs and program reporting to track progress and ensure accountability across all phases.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, security requirements, and global standards.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven track record (10-15 years) in delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs in multinational environments.
* Prior experience in at least one first-tier ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar) is essential.
* Strong program and portfolio management expertise, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent being advantageous.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven success engaging senior executives.
* Demonstrated leadership in cross-border teams and multi-country program delivery.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.

Role Overview:
A leading multinational company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Business Process Enhancement Manager (SAP) to drive cross-functional digital transformation and operational efficiency. This role serves as the key interface between business and technology teams, with a core focus on SAP-related process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and document business requirements; identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and process optimization within SAP and other platforms such as SharePoint.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies and develop actionable, technology-enabled solutions.
* Lead end-to-end project delivery including scoping, stakeholder coordination, planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
* Drive the design and implementation of customized solutions to improve collaboration, reporting, and workflow.

* Solid hands-on experience with SAP is required; exposure to S/4HANA is a strong plus.
* Strong technical knowledge in programming is highly desirable, preferably in .NET language.
* Prior exposure to the manufacturing sector is preferred.
* Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong track record managing complex IT projects across geographically dispersed teams.

Practical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing practices, and support models.
*

Proficiency with both Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
*

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, both onshore and offshore.
*

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
*

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
