    This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and has a strong track record delivering SAP transformation programmes.



    Key Responsibilities



    * Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield or Selective Transformation)
    * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
    * Engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-level to functional leads)
    * Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across the programme
    * Coordinate with System Integrators, internal teams, and third-party vendors
    * Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solution design
    * Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment phases
    * Support change management and business readiness activities



    Key Requirements



    * Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes as a Project Manager
    * Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, or SuccessFactors)
    * Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes
    * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT
    * Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
    * Experience working with leading System Integrators
    * Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Project Manager to lead the delivery of an 8‑month D365 implementation project based in Shanghai. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

    This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and a solid understanding of D365 platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead and manage the full D365 project lifecycle, from initiation through to deployment and handover
    * Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
    * Own project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
    * Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and regular project status reporting
    * Ensure alignment between business requirements and D365 functional/technical solutions
    * Manage change control, issue resolution, and risk mitigation
    * Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and cutover activities
    * Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices

    Required Skills & Experience

    * Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
    * Strong knowledge of one or more D365 modules (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, CE, F&O)
    * Track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations
    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    * Experience working with systems integrators and offshore/onshore delivery teams
    * Strong planning, risk management, and reporting capabilities

    Workstream Lead - Plan to Fulfill (Supply Chain Planning)

    We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead for Plan to Fulfill - Supply Chain Planning (P2F SCP) to support our customer's transformation program.

    This role focuses specifically on leading the P2F Supply Chain Planning sub-workstream. The SCP team includes business process leads, SMEs, data and testing specialists, change and deployment resources, as well as implementation‑partner consultants.

    The SCP scope covers strategic, tactical, and operational supply chain planning processes and their implementation across processes, systems, and data. Key systems include SAP IBP, PPDS, and PPQM (S/4HANA)

    Key Responsibilities

    Workstream Leadership

    * Lead the full delivery of the P2F Supply Chain Planning workstream.
    * Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and solution quality.
    * Ensure alignment with the overarching L2C/P2F workstream and program management.

    Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    * Coordinate closely with adjacent workstreams to drive an integrated end‑to‑end planning solution.
    * Partner with the SI counterpart, trimming tool provider (T.CON), and ERP-link providers.
    * Ensure strong stakeholder engagement, including reference groups and key business stakeholders.

    Solution Ownership

    * Provide business context and expertise to guide solution design with the SI partner.
    * Ensure processes, systems, and data are designed to meet customer needs-covering both SAP and relevant legacy systems.
    * Drive resolution of solution gaps (process or system) with business and partner teams.
    * Secure decisions by preparing, presenting, and following through on key decision topics.

    Team & Resource Management

    * Lead and coordinate all resources within the SCP workstream.
    * Manage allocation, workload, and prioritization across customer and partner teams.

    Implementation & Readiness

    * Support cutover readiness, hypercare preparation, and solution validation for planning processes.
    * Promote adoption and act as an ambassador for the new solution across the business.
