Le poste

En tant que Consultant(e) Senior Paie / SIRH, tu interviens sur des projets structurants dès les phases amont :

* Accompagnement des équipes RH et IT dans la compréhension de leurs enjeux métier
* Animation d'ateliers, formalisation des besoins et rédaction des livrables fonctionnels
* Challenge des pratiques existantes et aide au choix des solutions paie / SIRH
* Pilotage des phases de déploiement : coordination des acteurs, recette, formations
* Contribution à l'adoption des outils par les utilisateurs finaux

Le cabinet travaillant avec plusieurs éditeurs du marché, tu pourras enrichir et diversifier ton expertise dans un environnement ouvert et évolutif.

Profil recherché

* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en conseil Paie / SIRH
* Solide maîtrise des fondamentaux paie (tu es à l'aise aussi bien sur le fonctionnel que sur l'opérationnel)
* Expérience en gestion de projets et relation client
* Capacité à allier rigueur, pédagogie et sens du service
