My client is a multinational HK-listed company and is reputable for its strong innovative presence within the industry. They are currently seeking an Associate IT Director to oversee their IT team within the APAC region with a key focus on implementing AI and Data Analytics strategies to improve overall business processes.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the IT team by fostering a positive and open-minded culture for the continuous development of the company
* Drive the implementation of AI initiatives across the organization with the collaboration of various stakeholders
* Develop and execute the data analytics strategies and ensure it aligns with the company's digital transformation objectives
* Work hand-in-hand with regional IT teams to ensure IT operation processes and environment compliance to company policy requirements

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
* Advanced degrees and certifications in AI or data analytics are a plus.
* At least 5-8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, possess great people management and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in data analytics tools, methodologies, data visualization and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
* Candidates with less experience would be considered for a Senior IT Manager role.

Our Client, is a global MNC firm with headquarters located in Tokyo, Japan. They are currently expanding their team and has a new headcount for a Business Process Improvement Officer role which will focus on doing business process re-engineering to enhance current operation's efficiency through project management.

Role & Responsibilities

* Assist the Manager and responsible for developing project plans and conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify latest industry trends with different technologies.
* Involve in project documentations, manage status reports and ensure project schedules are met.
* Coordinate with different business stakeholder/external resources to define industry solutions. Identify and re-engineer business processes.
* Evaluate and manage project issues, risks. Assist in developing migration plans.
* Monitor projects progress, changes, costs. Support or lead different business cases and road-map development for different projects.
* Create SOPs and update user manuals or training materials
* Any ad-hoc tasks whenever necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

* Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or any other relevant disciplines.
* Fresh graduates with a relevant background will be welcomed.
* Project experience is highly desirable.
* Experience/Strong interests in Business Process Re-engineering/Business Process Improvement.
* Experience in Excel, VBA would be a plus.
* Good command in Both written and oral English and Chinese. Japanese speaking is required.
* A Team player that can work well in a team or individually with strong analytic & problem solving skills.
