A well-established professional services organisation is continuing its growth and is seeking to expand its systems delivery team with the addition of an experienced Sage 200 Consultant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting system implementations, enhancing financial processes, increasing automation, and promoting effective system usage across a range of teams and client environments.

The role requires strong Sage 200 experience with a particular focus on manufacturing processes and barcode/stock management functionality.This role is ideal for a Sage 200 professional seeking career growth, exposure to diverse projects, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative, and flexible environment.

Key Experience:

* Lead full-cycle Sage 200 implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.
* Analyse finance and operational processes to design effective Sage 200 solutions.
* Configure Sage 200 modules, including financial, manufacturing, and commercial functionality.
* Provide user training and ongoing support to drive adoption.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
* Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.

Key Skills:

* Proven hands-on experience with Sage 200, including financial and manufacturing modules.
* Knowledge of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Purchasing, and multi-company reporting.

Job Title: Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant



Overview:

Our client, a rapidly growing organization undergoing continued digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant to support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts. This individual will play a critical role in aligning Epicor Kinetic capabilities with operational business processes across multiple functional areas.



Location: Remote with approximately 25% travel to client or company sites as needed.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations and system upgrades, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
* Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows within Epicor.
* Configure and support core Epicor Kinetic Operations modules, including:
* Planning & Scheduling
* Engineering
* Manufacturing/Production processes
* Develop, maintain, and optimize Business Activity Queries (BAQs) to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
* Translate business requirements into functional Epicor solutions and provide best practice recommendations.
* Support testing, training, and documentation for system enhancements and new functionality.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing functional support.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.



Required Qualifications:

* Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic (ERP).
* Proven track record supporting or leading Epicor implementations and/or upgrades.
* Deep functional knowledge of Operations-focused modules, including Planning/Scheduling, Engineering and Customer service.
* Demonstrated experience creating and managing BAQs and BPMS.
* Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel up to 25%.



Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.
* Exposure to MES, Advanced Planning, or Quality modules.
* Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
* Understanding of system integrations and reporting tools.

Washington Frank is partnering with a leading Sage solutions provider supporting clients across multiple industries. They are seeking an experienced Sage X3 Consultant to deliver the successful implementation of Sage X3 software for finance, distribution, and manufacturing across their client base.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that offers clear opportunities for career progression within an established Sage X3 consultancy. You'll work on a range of implementations across different industries, build deeper expertise across finance, distribution, and manufacturing, and develop your skills alongside experienced consultants with structured support and knowledge sharing.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the implementation of Sage X3 solutions across finance, distribution, and manufacturing modules
* Gather, document, and translate client business requirements into effective Sage X3 configurations
* Configure, test, and deploy Sage X3 systems, including support through UAT, training, and go-live
* Work collaboratively with internal functional, technical, and support teams to deliver successful client outcomes
* Provide post-implementation support, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement recommendations

Key Skills:

* Hands-on experience implementing Sage X3 modules, including Financial, Distribution, and Manufacturing, at client sites
* Translate business processes into system configurations, including bespoke solutions
* Lead pre-go-live testing, training, and data migration
* Familiar with SQL Server, Windows networks, and ERP integrations
