Key Experience:

* Lead full-cycle Sage 200 implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.

* Provide user training and ongoing support to drive adoption.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield or Selective Transformation)
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-level to functional leads)
* Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across the programme
* Coordinate with System Integrators, internal teams, and third-party vendors
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solution design
* Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment phases

Key Requirements

Job Title: Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant



Overview:

Our client, a rapidly growing organization undergoing continued digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant to support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts. This individual will play a critical role in aligning Epicor Kinetic capabilities with operational business processes across multiple functional areas.



Location: Remote with approximately 25% travel to client or company sites as needed.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations and system upgrades, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
* Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows within Epicor.
* Configure and support core Epicor Kinetic Operations modules, including:
* Planning & Scheduling
* Engineering
* Manufacturing/Production processes
* Develop, maintain, and optimize Business Activity Queries (BAQs) to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
* Translate business requirements into functional Epicor solutions and provide best practice recommendations.
* Support testing, training, and documentation for system enhancements and new functionality.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing functional support.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.



Required Qualifications:

* Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic (ERP).
* Proven track record supporting or leading Epicor implementations and/or upgrades.
* Deep functional knowledge of Operations-focused modules, including Planning/Scheduling, Engineering and Customer service.
* Demonstrated experience creating and managing BAQs and BPMS.
* Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel up to 25%.



Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.
* Exposure to MES, Advanced Planning, or Quality modules.
