Dans le cadre d'un programme de migration des sites vers la solution JDE 9.2, notre client, une société internationale spécialisée dans les solutions industrielles, recherche un Ingénieur TMA JD Ewards.

Rattaché à la direction Développement & Support, vous assurerez la maintenance, l'évolution et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs sur l'ERP. Vous serez en collaboration étroite avec les équipes fonctionnelles et les Key Users.

Missions principales

* Analyser, qualifier et résoudre les incidents et demandes sur JDE 9.2 (modules Finance, Vente, Achats, Manufacturing)
* Assurer le suivi des tickets via ServiceNow et veiller au respect des SLA
* Organiser la transition des projets vers le support (phase hypercare)
* Documenter les solutions et enrichir la base de connaissances
* Contribuer aux évolutions applicatives (paramétrage, tests, améliorations mineures)
* Contrôler la cohérence des données et accompagner les équipes métiers
* Participer à la mise en conformité réglementaire (audit trail, e-invoicing, SOX)

Profil recherché

* Expérience : minimum 5 ans sur JD Edwards
* Compétences techniques :

* JD Edwards 9.2 (paramétrage, support fonctionnel, tests)
* SQL (Oracle, SQL Server)
* Interfaces et flux inter-applicatifs (Tibco, BO)

* Connaissances :

* Modules Finance (AR/AP/GL), Vente (Order-to-Cash), Achat (Procure-to-Pay), Manufacturing
* Outils : ServiceNow, Tibco, Business Objects
* Méthodes IT : ITIL, gestion du changement
* Bonne culture des processus comptables, achats, ventes et production
* Anglais professionnel

Sage Intacct Support Analyst - UK Based (Remote) - Circa £40k

Washington Frank is representing a leading Sage Intacct consultancy that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to expand its team by adding an Sage Intacct Support Consultant. You will be contributing to ongoing initiatives to improve financial processes, increase automation, and drive strong user adoption across multiple business units and client environments.

This role is ideal for someone who has completed their Sage Academy training and is eager to be involved in an upcoming Sage Intacct support. You'll join an organisation with a strong record of developing its people, offering excellent long-term career progression, a cooperative and supportive learning culture, and the flexibility of remote working.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Provide support for Sage Intacct users
* Troubleshoot system issues and respond to finance system queries
* Support end-users with system navigation, reporting, and best practice
* Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and improvement initiatives
* Maintain documentation for support processes and solutions


Key Experience & Skills:

* Sage Intacct certification (Sage Intacct Academy completed)- essential
* Understanding of finance systems and core accounting principles
* Strong communication skills, able to support non-technical users
* Proactive, analytical, and eager to develop professionally
* Previous Sage Intacct work experience is beneficial but not required

Sage X3 Project Support Consultant - Remote (UK based) - c£55,000

Washington Frank is working with a top-tier UK Sage Partner, who are hiring an experienced Sage X3 Support Consultant to strengthen their growing Support team. The role is fully remote, with occasional team days in their head office.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to provide hands-on Sage X3 support, helping clients with Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing modules, troubleshooting issues, and guiding best practices. This consultancy values long-term client relationships, invests in staff development, and offers flexible remote working, and private healthcare.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide expert Sage X3 support to customers and colleagues.
* Act as escalation point for complex issues.
* Track and manage support tickets, keeping stakeholders informed.
* Handle project handovers post go-live.
* Deliver consultancy advice to clients on best practices.

Key experience and skills:

* Strong hands-on experience with Sage X3

They are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting SMEs, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers using Sage 200 and complementary add-on solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to provide practical, high-quality ERP support across a variety of industries, while contributing to a collaborative and knowledgeable support team. The consultancy values long-term relationships with its clients and invests in developing its people.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Sage 200 (Standard & Professional) and related add-ons.
* Troubleshoot application, data, and process-related issues.
* Support and advise customers on best practice usage and process improvements.
* Assist with system upgrades, patching, and minor implementations.
* Deliver remote support via phone, email, and screen sharing.
* Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with vendors when escalation is required.

Key Experience & Skills:

* Strong hands-on experience with Sage 200 (Standard & Professional).
* Experience supporting Sicon add-ons.
* Confident working remotely and managing your own workload.
* Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
