SAP Application Manager - Oslo



Our long time customer, a leading Nordic retailer is looking for an experienced SAP Application Manager to lead the management, optimisation, and support of their SAP landscape.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our SAP systems deliver operational excellence, align with business objectives, and support strategic growth.



Role: SAP Application Manager

Employment: Permanent

Location: Oslo

Salary: up to 1.4mil nok



Key Responsibilities

* Own the SAP application portfolio (ECC/S4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.) and ensure system stability and performance.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
* Manage SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects, ensuring minimal disruption.
* Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists and coordinate with external partners.
* Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and audit requirements across SAP modules.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP processes and user experience.
* Oversee integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.



Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience in SAP application management (ECC or S/4HANA preferred).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) and business processes.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues and deliver timely solutions.
* Experience with SAP Basis, security, and integration tools is a plus.
* Norwegian language fluency

SAP S/4HANA Cloud - Business Consultant





Focusing on cloud first ERP transformations, our client is a market leader in Norway for S/4HANA Cloud, implementing best-practice processes focused on finance, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain.

As an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant you will lead clients through the full lifecycle of implementing SAP's next-generation ERP platform. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy solutions that optimize business processes and deliver measurable value.



Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
* Conduct detailed business process analysis and map requirements to SAP best practices.
* Configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client needs.
* Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
* Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.
* Stay current with SAP innovations and advise clients on roadmap and optimization opportunities.



Qualifications

* Proven experience in ERP Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects.
* Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and cloud deployment models.
* Expertise in one or more functional areas (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - S/4HANA Cloud) highly desirable.
* Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
* Norwegian language fluency
