We are partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders across business and IT.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and has a strong track record delivering SAP transformation programmes.



Key Responsibilities



* Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield or Selective Transformation)
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-level to functional leads)
* Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across the programme
* Coordinate with System Integrators, internal teams, and third-party vendors
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solution design
* Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment phases
* Support change management and business readiness activities



Key Requirements



* Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes as a Project Manager
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, or SuccessFactors)
* Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT
* Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
* Experience working with leading System Integrators
* Excellent communication and leadership skills

SAP HCM Senior Implementation Lead

We are currently building out an SAP HCM squad for our customer in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

* Lead multiple end-to-end SAP payroll implementations, delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, ensuring high client satisfaction.
* Run blueprint workshops, design and document solutions, manage configuration, QA reviews, testing
* Experience in complex, end-to-end implementation or service delivery roles.
* Strong Payroll and HR systems expertise

These roles are pure SAP HCM running on ECC 6.0 and require deep expertise in Australian Payroll, with experience delivering end-to-end implementations and support within complex environments.

I'm currently supporting one of our key customers who are looking to hire a Payroll Lead on a permanent basis to join their team and drive payroll excellence across Australia.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead multiple payroll projects from design through delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of 5+ payroll professionals
- Work hands-on with payroll processes & get into the detail.. not just oversight
- Provide architectural guidance and shape payroll solutions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure client comfort

Experience:
- 10+ years of Australian payroll experience (NZ would be beneficial but not necessary)
- Proven ability to lead complex payroll projects
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
- Comfortable working hands-on as well as at the strategic/architectural level
- Baseline security clearance

SAP Supply Chain Consultant

Supply Chain Consultant
- Core focus on MM with SD, O2C & P2P (80%)
- Procurement (PP) integration (20%)
- Knowledge of Master Data & Data Migration

FI/CO Consultant:
- Support and optimise FI/CO processes within S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Assist with data migration and validation ahead of go-live
- Support UAT and end-user testing to ensure system readiness

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Serve as the SME for SAP Payroll, guiding solution design and implementation.
* Lead hands-on configuration and deployment of Employee Central Payroll.
* Leading workshops, solution presentations, POCs, and approvals.
* Estimate efforts for proposed solutions and own delivery outcomes.
* Recommend innovative, best-practice-based solutions aligned with SAP standards.
* Develop business process documentation and functional specifications.
* Conduct implementation and training workshops for SAP power users.
* Lead testing cycles (unit, SIT, regression) and support UAT.
* Coordinate integration requirements with other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, HCM).

Skills and Experience:

* Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
