An established and well-regarded international IT & ERP consultancy is expanding its IFS practice in Sweden and is looking to hire an experienced IFS Manufacturing Specialist to support ongoing and upcoming customer programmes.

This organisation works closely with manufacturing-led customers across Sweden and the wider Nordic region, delivering complex IFS implementations and long-term optimisation projects. You'll play a key functional role, working at the intersection of business and technology.

The Role

As an IFS Manufacturing Specialist, you will:

Act as the functional expert for IFS Manufacturing modules, including Production, Shop Floor Control, MRP, Scheduling, and Inventory.
*

Work closely with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimise manufacturing processes within IFS.
*

Support IFS Cloud / IFS Applications implementations, upgrades, and improvement initiatives.
*

Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and customer-side teams to ensure successful delivery.
*

Provide functional guidance, testing support, and end-user training.
*

Contribute to pre-sales activities where required, including workshops and solution demonstrations.

Your Background

*

Strong hands-on experience with IFS Manufacturing in a functional or solution-focused role.
*

Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments (discrete, mixed-mode, or project-based manufacturing).
*

Involvement in at least one full IFS implementation or major upgrade.
*

Comfortable working in customer-facing roles and leading functional discussions.
*

Fluency in English is required; Swedish is highly desirable.
*

Based in Sweden, with flexibility to travel occasionally to customer sites.
