The Role: SAP Security Manager

As SAP Security Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing guidelines, principles, and policies that support effective access and authorization management within the SAP environment. You will lead efforts to ensure compliance with current security and GRC guidelines. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure a high-quality and future-proof system architecture.

As an integral member of our SAP team, you'll work with SAP best practices and standards to help deliver faster, enhance functionality, and improve the overall user experience, all while maintaining high quality and strong business value.

Offering a hybrid work model, with three in-office days per week in Stockholm.

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in SAP security and authorization administration
* SAP GRC (Access Control, Risk Management)
* GRC frameworks and security standards such as Segregation of Duties, GDPR
* HR-driven identity management

Aufgaben:

* Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Systemlandschaft.
* Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes nach etablierten ITIL-Prozessen.
* Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen der Fachbereiche durch Customizing sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern.

* Einhaltung von Compliance-, GxP- und Sicherheitsvorgaben im SAP-Umfeld sowie Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation.

Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker).
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld und im Application Management, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in ABAP, Berechtigungsmanagement oder Formularentwicklung.
* Grundverständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen, Anwendungsarchitekturen und Datenbanken.
* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our SAP systems deliver operational excellence, align with business objectives, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the SAP application portfolio (ECC/S4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.) and ensure system stability and performance.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
* Manage SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects, ensuring minimal disruption.
* Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists and coordinate with external partners.
* Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and audit requirements across SAP modules.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP processes and user experience.
* Oversee integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.



Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience in SAP application management (ECC or S/4HANA preferred).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) and business processes.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
