Not only does the company use ServiceNow for their own internal IT Service Desk function, but they have implemented it in HR, Facilities, and Risk management as well. Over 30,000 internal end-users will benefit from the switch over to the ServiceNow platform. Meet the Finalists of the CreatorCon Challenge – Knowledge17 is just around the corner and the finalists for CreatorCon have been chosen! Nine of the very best submissions competed in a live pitch highlighting their business proposal, application, and why ServiceNow should invest in their startup; the final three competitors are ClearSkye, Factor5, and Help-Full. During Knowledge17 in Orlando, these three startups will compete to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place just after the CreatorCon keynote on May 11. Known Data Breaches Go Unaddressed at May Companies – BusinessWire reports, in a recent study performed by ServiceNow of 300 Chief Information Security Officers, more than 80 percent report that detected data breaches are going unaddressed and 70 percent say that it is difficult to prioritize these threats based on business criticality. The study found that automating the security response could increase the effectiveness of their security programs.
