About the Company
Our client is a globally leading multinational conglomerate, headquartered in Asia with offices in over 45 countries worldwide. They are seeking a motivated Assistant System Administrator (SAP Basis) to join their IT team. This role will focus on monitoring systems, ensuring stability, and supporting business operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor system administration, security, and user authorization configurations.
* Prepare necessary documentation for users and internal use during implementations or upgrades.
* Conduct regular system checks, maintenance, enhancements, and user ID management; review and update system policies and SOPs.
* Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards, and track enforcement across systems.

Requirements

* Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines.
* Fresh graduates with IT, IANG Holders are welcome; relevant experience or knowledge in SAP or System Administration is an advantage.
* Strong interest in system administration and willingness to learn with great problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
* Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
* More senior candidates will be considered as SAP Basis System Administrator.

Job description

Role Overview:
A global organization is seeking a dynamic Technical Lead to lead a portfolio of enterprise system upgrades and application enhancement initiatives with a focus on PLM system. This role combines operational oversight with strategic project delivery, supporting the continuous evolution of business-critical platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical leadership, business acumen, and experience working across regional and vendor landscapes.

Candidate Profile:

* 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
* Solid background supporting or implementing enterprise business applications with upgrade and transformation exposure.
* Product Life Cycle (PLM) experience is a MUST.
* Experience in consumer goods, sourcing, manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.
* Proven track record managing complex IT projects across geographically dispersed teams.
* Practical understanding of SDLC, testing practices, and support models.
* Proficiency with both Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills for both onshore and offshore teams.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Missions :

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

* Administrer et garantir le bon fonctionnement de l'ERP Sage X3 et la cohérence des données (Evolution, mise à jour, Surveillance des flux, cohérence des données, …)
* Assurer et les activités d'évolution et de maintenance corrective et adaptative.

* Assurer le Support Utilisateurs Niveau II en collaboration avec le Pôle Support et Supervision.
* Être le garant de l'intégrité du fonctionnement de l'ERP, de la BI et du Data Management au sein du Système d'informations.

Profil recherché :

De formation supérieure en informatique (Bac+3 /Bac +5), vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle réussie d'au moins 3 ans en administration d'ERP Sage X3 (v12 minimum). Vous avez également une connaissance approfondie de l'environnement BI et Base de Données associées.

Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel, vous avez le sens du service aux utilisateurs. Votre adaptabilité et votre rigueur vous permettent de participer à l'évolution du SI tout en garantissant sa pérennité.

Ce poste requiert :

* Connaissances approfondies de l'ERP X3 V12, et des environnements BI (idéalement SEI), Bases de Données, Requêtes SQL, …
* Une connaissance des environnements EDI/EAI et des Applications Prévisions de Ventes (Azap), Ordonnancement (Preactor), GMAO, Placement de Personnel, … serait un plus.
