What You'll Be Doing:

* Taking ownership of SAP SD/MM work streams across end-to-end project life cycles.
* Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
* Driving configuration, testing and deployment activities across sales, procurement and inventory functions.
* Acting as a subject matter expert to resolve issues, manage change requests and identify areas for system improvement.
* Contributing to the development of internal best practices and supporting knowledge sharing across the wider SAP team.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience delivering SAP SD and/or MM solutions in a hands-on consultancy or end-user capacity.
* Strong functional knowledge spanning Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Pricing and Vendor Operations.
* A track record of configuring and enhancing SAP modules to meet complex business requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

SAP PP/QM Consultant - Northamptonshire Hybrid - c£90k

Washington Frank is representing a leading manufacturing organisation continuing its growth journey, looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant. You will be contributing to ongoing initiatives to optimise production planning processes, strengthen quality management frameworks and drive strong user adoption across multiple manufacturing sites and business units.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementations and roll outs from discovery to go-live.
* Analyse client production and quality processes to design and recommend SAP solutions.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across manufacturing sites to meet project milestones.
* Troubleshoot system issues and recommend configuration improvements.
* Support continuous improvement of internal SAP processes and manufacturing operations.

Key Experience & Skills:

* Solid hands-on experience with SAP PP and/or QM modules.
* Knowledge of core manufacturing processes:Production Orders, MRP, Capacity Planning, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, and batch management.
* Experience configuring SAP PP/QM modules, reports, and workflows within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for training, cross-functional collaboration, and advisory responsibilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance-savvy Sage X3 professional to join a forward-thinking organisation and make a genuine impact on the way the business manages and reports its financial operations.

You will work closely with senior finance and operational stakeholders across the business, helping to optimise and evolve the Sage X3 platform as the company continues to grow and scale.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage Sage X3 system improvements, upgrades and ongoing development across the finance function.
* Configure and optimise Sage X3 finance modules in line with business accounting and operational requirements.
* Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
* Support and manage system projects from scoping and requirements gathering through to delivery and post-go-live support.
* Act as the internal subject matter expert for Sage X3, providing guidance and best-practice recommendations to the wider business.

* Experience managing system projects and working cross-functionally with finance and operational teams.
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload effectively while collaborating within a wider team.
