My client a fully Accredited Sage Business Partner and software developer are looking to expand the team and is seeking someone to join this fast-paced team to implement and train on ERP software solutions

Duties will include

* Understanding the customers' requirements to move from their current ERP system to a new ERP system and what features and improvements they are looking for
* Configuring the system to meet the client's requirement
* Data migration from one system to another which involves formatting and manipulating the data within Excel to the correct format for importing
* Once imported validating all information has been imported correctly
* Creating reports and analysing the data in the system which can be used for financial or commercial reporting
* Training the end user on how to use the system on a 1-2-1 or group session

The Person

* Experience on Sage 200 or Sicon Manufacturing would be ideal but full training would be given if you have experience in another manufacturing ERP solution

* Will have an understanding of manufacturing and terminology used
* Confident speaking to people
* Problem-solving skills
* Analytical
* Ability to work independently
* A car driver is essential as you will be looking after customers in the North of England visiting clients on site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job DescriptionTo perform the duty of a Consultant for the Sage X3 suite of modules, in the areas of finance, manufacturing, and distribution business processes and practices.

Qualifications & experience required:

* Strong knowledge in finance, manufacturing and distribution business processes and practices
* At least 3-5 years of Professional Work Experience in Sage X3, as a Consultant
* A self-driven and ambitious individual that can demonstrate the ability to perform tasks with quality and in a timely manner with a minimum of supervision

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

* To provide an elevated level of consulting and implementation services at client sites. Responsible for the optimal set-up and training in the products for each client and maximize consulting revenue whilst maintaining an elevated
level of customer satisfaction
* To deliver project-based consulting activities, through the entire project lifecycle, on ad-hoc and medium to long-term engagements
* To be responsible for problem identification, software specification and/or design, implementation, documentation, testing, client training and solution deployment adhering to Sage's Methodology
* To interact with company and client managers on cost/schedule monitoring
* To comply with financial responsibilities which include project cost estimating, proposal generation and invoicing
* To participate in sales and proposal presentations if required
* To be responsible for achieving defined utilization and revenue goals
* To identify additional product/services opportunities in the customer's organization
* After the initial 'introduction period' the position provides the individual with the opportunity to work actively in implementation projects from start to finish

SAGE 200 Consultant

Job description

A market-leading Sage partner is currently looking for a Sage 200 consultant to join their implementation consultant team, due to recent growth in several projects they have won.

You will be working with Sage 200 and handling the complete project life-cycle involving pre-sales, understanding the client's business and gathering their requirement, installation and configuration of the software, data migration, go live and user support.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Sage 200 at a vendor(Sage) or a Sage business partner. The remote position and the successful candidate will be expected to visit the customer site when required. (Once/twice a month)

Any Sage 200 support consultant looking to cross-train as an implementation consultant will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Sage 200 Financial and Commercial modules experience
* A proven track record of multiple Sage 200 implementations (full life-cycle)
* Good knowledge of SQL servers
* Manufacturing experience is a bonus
* Sicon Accreditation is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Good Interpersonal Skills
* A willingness to travel
* Full eligibility to work in the UK

Sage Intacct Consultant

THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and talented Sage Intacct implementation specialist. You should have a good understanding of Sage Intacct as well as other accounts solutions and technologies and how they can be used to transform businesses. Working within our team of specialists, you will be involved in the delivery of significant client projects across many sectors. This is especially suitable for someone who has a strong interest in technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

DELIVERY

* Implement and support Sage Intacct accounting solutions and projects
* Deliver valued implementation services to clients, ensuring objectives are met in accordance with the project management plans
* Help troubleshoot and resolve customer environment problems during UAT
* Show commercial awareness in decisions, actions and communications
* Conduct stakeholder and end-user application training and provide appropriate documentation for follow-up when required
* Oversight of application build, test and deployment activities
* Demonstrate system functionality to prospects and clients
* Possess a superior customer service ethic with accompanying communication and management skills
* Provide input to support Sales and Marketing functions as required
* Identify and communicate Business Development opportunities with new and existing clients
* Identify recommendations for additional services and products within and without the project scope

EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

* Previous knowledge of Sage Intacct
* Microsoft Office experience
* Prior Cloud accounting Implementation experience or similar
* Must have experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously
* Quick learning skills and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

DESIRABLE

* Previous knowledge of ERP or Accountancy software products (e.g. Sage 50, Sage 200, FinancialForce, NetSuite)
* Prior Cloud accounting Implementation experience or similar
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an implementation consultant with a focus on financial applications
* Salesforce knowledge
* Understand the client's back-office accounting process and data requirements and assist in translating those requirements into the accounting solution
* Experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of finance especially AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, and revenue recognition
* International accounting knowledge is an added bonus!
* Business process design workshops, user documentation, data migration, application configuration, user acceptance testing, integration and training
* Complete understanding of all phases of the implementation methodology life cycle
