    Sage X3 Support Consultant - Hybrid - c£45,000

    A growing business is looking to strengthen its internal systems team with the addition of an experienced Sage X3 Support Consultant. This is a great opportunity for a technically-minded Sage X3 professional to join an in-house team and take ownership of the day-to-day support and continuous improvement of the platform.

    You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing hands-on support and helping the team get the most out of Sage X3 as it continues to grow.

    Main Responsibilities:

    * Provide day-to-day support for Sage X3, resolving issues and queries raised by users across the business
    * Configure and maintain Sage X3 modules in line with business and operational requirements
    * Manage and apply Sage X3 patch upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
    * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand issues and translate them into practical system fixes and improvements
    * Manage small enhancements and changes, from scoping through to testing and delivery
    * Act as the internal go-to for Sage X3, providing guidance and best-practice recommendations to the wider business
    * Liaise with external Sage partners or vendors on escalations where required

    Key Skills:

    * Previous hands-on experience supporting Sage X3 in an end-user or partner environment
    * Experience managing or applying Sage X3 patch upgrades
    * Solid understanding of Sage X3 functionality and core business processes
    * Experience managing small system changes and working cross-functionally with different teams
    * Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload effectively within a in-house team
