Key Responsibilities

* Prior experience in at least one first-tier ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar) is essential.
* Strong program and portfolio management expertise, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent being advantageous.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven success engaging senior executives.
* Demonstrated leadership in cross-border teams and multi-country program delivery.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.

Missions Principales



* Encadrer, motiver et accompagner une équipe de consultants Sage 100.
* Organiser et optimiser les plannings des consultants en fonction des priorités projets et des demandes clients.
* Superviser l'ensemble des projets clients pour garantir leur bon déroulement.
* Assurer un reporting régulier à la Direction sur l'état des projets en cours.
