    We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM Suite, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions that meet business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    * Participate in all project phases, including planning, design, development, integration, testing, and post-go-live support for SAP SuccessFactors within the group.
    * Lead requirements gathering workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and define business processes and data flows.
    * Configure SuccessFactors modules to align with business requirements and ensure system efficiency.
    * Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system changes and improvements.
    * Conduct user training, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-deployment support.
    * Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while identifying and mitigating risks.

    Qualifications:

    * 5+ years of experience in IT and at least 3 years in HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
    * Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, design, and deployment.
    * Experience in process optimization, system integration, and application support.
    * Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management.
    * SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or a related field.
    * Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
