Position: System Administrator - ERP & IT Support

We are looking for a highly capable and self-driven System Administrator to manage and support a cloud-hosted Epicor ERP environment. This role will serve as the primary on-site IT resource, supporting approximately 60 users and collaborating closely with a remote Corporate IT team.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer and maintain theEpicorERP system, including:

* User setup and system configuration
* Customization of dashboards and reports
* Troubleshooting application issues
* Supporting system upgrades and integrations

* Provide first-level support for PSI and shop floor manufacturing systems
* Deliver desktop, hardware, and basic network support to local users
* Coordinate with Corporate IT for escalations, project alignment, and strategic initiatives
* Maintain system documentation and develop user training materials
* Offer after-hours support for critical issues or scheduled maintenance

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5-10 years of experience in ERP administration, with a strong focus on Epicor
* Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP in cloud or on-premise environments
* In-depth knowledge of Epicor modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials
* Proficiency in:

* Epicor configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
* Supporting manufacturing operations and shop floor systems

* Working knowledge of:

* Networking and security fundamentals
* Desktop and hardware support

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with system integration and development
* Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow automation

* Contribuer aux soutenances et présenter les flux métiers de recrutement digitalisé.
* Apporter une expertise métier et technique sur les enjeux Talent Acquisition.

Accompagner les clients avec pédagogie et sens du service

* Vulgariser les concepts techniques et fonctionnels.
* Former et conseiller les utilisateurs avec une approche orientée résultats.

Intervenir dans des environnements grands comptes

* Gérer des projets de déploiement multi-entités, avec une forte exigence de qualité et de conformité.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our clients team to support the design and optimisation of their SAP SuccessFactor solutions. This role is deal for a proactive and skilled individual with a background in HRIS systems, Particularly SAP SuccessFactors Modules.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Support and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Advice and technical support for HR departments in the event of new requirements and system changes.
* Assumption of coordination tasks for system changes, including test support and documentation as well as interface support to connected systems.
* Support for the introduction of new functions and releases in the SAP SuccessFactors system.
* Reporting line to the team leader and closely coordinating with them on roadmap, priorities, and resources.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Professional experience in supporting HR systems - ideally with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable cloud solutions.

* A careful, structured and responsible way of working as well as an interest in system-oriented work.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.)
* PM certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not mandatory.
* Experience in industries like manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain is desirable.
