Sage Intacct Consultant - UK Based Remote - Circa £65k

Washington Frank is working with a fast-growing Sage Intacct partner looking to expand its consulting team. They are seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Consultant to help clients streamline finance operations, implement system improvements, and drive automation, delivering real impact across a variety of industries and organisational environments.

This role is ideal for someone keen to be involved in an upcoming Sage Intacct implementation, while joining an organisation with a strong track record of developing its people. Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead full-cycle Sage Intacct implementations from discovery to go-live.
* Analyse client processes to design and recommend Sage Intacct solutions.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet milestones.
* Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.
* Support continuous improvement of consultancy processes and client solutions.

Key Experience & Skills:

* Solid hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.
* Knowledge of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Purchasing, and multi-entity reporting.
* Experience customising Sage Intacct modules, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
* Strong communication and relationship skills for training, collaboration, and advisory roles.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the implementation of Sage X3 solutions across finance, distribution, and manufacturing modules
* Gather, document, and translate client business requirements into effective Sage X3 configurations
* Configure, test, and deploy Sage X3 systems, including support through UAT, training, and go-live
* Work collaboratively with internal functional, technical, and support teams to deliver successful client outcomes
* Provide post-implementation support, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement recommendations

Key Skills:

* Hands-on experience implementing Sage X3 modules, including Financial, Distribution, and Manufacturing, at client sites
* Translate business processes into system configurations, including bespoke solutions
* Lead pre-go-live testing, training, and data migration
* Familiar with SQL Server, Windows networks, and ERP integrations

Votre rôle

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Rémunérations & Avantages Sociaux, vous intervenez en tant que référent(e) SIRH transverse et pilotez l'ensemble des projets liés aux outils RH.

Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la structuration, l'optimisation et la fiabilisation des processus RH, paie et GTA.

Vos missions

* Piloter les projets SIRH de bout en bout (cadrage, planification, coordination, recettes, déploiement)

* Être force de proposition sur l'évolution des outils et processus RH

* Garantir le respect des délais, coûts et qualité des livrables

Votre rôle

En tant que Consultant Fonctionnel Finance Sage X3, vous êtes le référent finance de l'ERP et l'interlocuteur privilégié des équipes Finance (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, trésorerie).

Job Title: Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant



Overview:

Our client, a rapidly growing organization undergoing continued digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant to support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts. This individual will play a critical role in aligning Epicor Kinetic capabilities with operational business processes across multiple functional areas.



Location: Remote with approximately 25% travel to client or company sites as needed.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations and system upgrades, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
* Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows within Epicor.
* Configure and support core Epicor Kinetic Operations modules, including:
* Planning & Scheduling
* Engineering
* Manufacturing/Production processes
* Develop, maintain, and optimize Business Activity Queries (BAQs) to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
* Translate business requirements into functional Epicor solutions and provide best practice recommendations.
* Support testing, training, and documentation for system enhancements and new functionality.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing functional support.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.



Required Qualifications:

* Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic (ERP).
* Proven track record supporting or leading Epicor implementations and/or upgrades.
* Deep functional knowledge of Operations-focused modules, including Planning/Scheduling, Engineering and Customer service.
* Demonstrated experience creating and managing BAQs and BPMS.
* Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel up to 25%.



Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.
* Exposure to MES, Advanced Planning, or Quality modules.
* Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
* Understanding of system integrations and reporting tools.
