    Position: System Administrator - ERP & IT Support

    We are looking for a highly capable and self-driven System Administrator to manage and support a cloud-hosted Epicor ERP environment. This role will serve as the primary on-site IT resource, supporting approximately 60 users and collaborating closely with a remote Corporate IT team.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Administer and maintain theEpicorERP system, including:

    * User setup and system configuration
    * Customization of dashboards and reports
    * Troubleshooting application issues
    * Supporting system upgrades and integrations

    * Provide first-level support for PSI and shop floor manufacturing systems
    * Deliver desktop, hardware, and basic network support to local users
    * Coordinate with Corporate IT for escalations, project alignment, and strategic initiatives
    * Maintain system documentation and develop user training materials
    * Offer after-hours support for critical issues or scheduled maintenance

    Required Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    * 5-10 years of experience in ERP administration, with a strong focus on Epicor
    * Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP in cloud or on-premise environments
    * In-depth knowledge of Epicor modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials
    * Proficiency in:

    * Epicor configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
    * Supporting manufacturing operations and shop floor systems

    * Working knowledge of:

    * Networking and security fundamentals
    * Desktop and hardware support

    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
