We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, EWM) in SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and extension of these modules in our global SAP S/4HANA rollout. Your knowledge of supply chain processes in the manufacturing industry will be crucial in providing consulting and support to ensure optimal system mapping for future requirements. Additionally, you will lead change management processes with colleagues from Operations, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new system functionalities.

Responsibilities:

* Implement modules MM, PP, EWM in the global SAP S/4HANA rollout
* Optimize and extend the global ERP template
* Provide consulting and support to departments for mapping future requirements in the system

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
* Strong application experience in Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, EWM) in SAP S/4HANA
* Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes in the manufacturing industry
* Proven experience in managing IT sub-projects, preferably in an English-speaking environment
* Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Notre client, spécialisé dans le déploiement et l'adaptation spécifique des solutions ERP et RETAIL de l'éditeur CEGID auprès des PME, cherche à renforcer son équipe RETAIL. Pour répondre à la croissance de son activité, il recherche un Consultant confirmé CEGID RETAIL.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des opérations :

Vous participerez à l'ensemble des services clients de l'offre dédiée au Retail :

- Accompagner les clients PME dans le déploiement de la solution CEGID RETAIL :

* Identifier et analyser les besoins des clients
* Apporter les conseils fonctionnels métiers
* Rédiger les comptes rendus, dossiers d'analyses et autres livrables attendus dans le cadre d'un projet
* Paramétrer et déployer la solution CEGID Retail (Magasin et omnicanal)

* Former les utilisateurs métiers aux différentes fonctionnalités
* Accompagner à la recette y compris les personnalisations confiées à notre service Ingénierie logicielle, puis le suivi et l'assistance des clients
* Déplacements en France et en Europe (80% en France - 20% en Europe)

Profil recherché :

- Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure Bac+4/5 dans le secteur du commerce et/ou de l'informatique

- Vous avez minimum 3 ans d'expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, ou dans la gestion opérationnelle de magasins ou encore la gestion commerciale en entreprise de négoce

- Vous maîtrisez le logiciel Cegid Retail (ou Cegid gestion commerciale)

- Vous avez une réelle compétence en gestion de projet

- Vous êtes curieux et avez une forte capacité d'adaptation

- Vous maîtrisez l'outil informatique et êtes un utilisateur averti

- Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux

- Vous êtes structuré et avez un bon esprit d'analyse

- Vous avez de réelles qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles

- Vous êtes pédagogue et à l'écoute de vos interlocuteurs

- Vous possédez le permis B obligatoirement

Notre client, intégrateur Odoo, recherche son nouveau Consultant ERP Odoo, pour faire face à une croissance de son activité.

Responsabilités :

* Comprendre, disséquer & décrire les processus de l'entreprise cliente
* Simplifier & standardiser les processus de l'entreprise cliente
* Établir les écarts entre les besoins de l'entreprise cliente et les fonctionnalités Odoo
* Mettre en place Odoo de manière fonctionnelle en entreprise selon les besoins clients
* Manager & responsabiliser une équipe pluridisciplinaire grâce à une vision transversale
* Animer des sessions de travail avec les keys users de l'entreprise cliente
* Mettre en place un suivi de projet complet
* Animer les équipes techniques pour l'implémentation d'Odoo
* Établir des reportings de l'état d'avancement pour la direction
* Appliquer le principe du PDCA à l'entreprise cliente

Compétences requises :

1 Expérience préalable dans la mise en œuvre d'Odoo ou d'autres ERP est fortement recommandée.
2 Maîtrise avancée de la plateforme Odoo, y compris la configuration et la personnalisation des modules.
3 Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
4 Compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
5 Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais.
6 Expérience dans la formation des utilisateurs finaux.

Notre client, intégrateur de logiciels de gestion, recherche un Developpeur Sage X3 afin de renforcer son équipe informatique.

Missions :

* Maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l'environnement
* Accompagnement dans les évolutions de notre ERP et les montées de version
* Développement de spécifiques métier au sein de Sage X3
* Développement de modules complémentaires à Sage X3 (webservices, passerelles, BI, requêtes, reportings, imports et exports de données)
